In some instances Software Mechanics may request further information e.g. data files or configuration information, or may request to be put in contact with an end user for further testing. If you have sample output which shows the problem you can fax it to Software Mechanics using the FreeFax information included in your WinLINE User's Guide.
Software Mechanics will direct responses, requests for further information and in some cases issue status reports to the originator using the contact information provided with your report.
